The precision laser-engraved font has been reversed (rather than engraved into the ring) and sits proudly away from the surface, which gives the design a bold appearance. The example pictured shows an all-caps engraving in Times font, with a Roman numeral date beneath the message. It works well in the all polished finish as featured.

The texture has a slightly pitted quality, and the engraving sits very slightly inward from the ring's edge, divided by a thin groove that adds further legibility to the design.
