These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

By clicking the Confirm Order button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include delivery via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within Mainland UK. Royal Mail will request a signature for proof of delivery; therefore please specify a delivery address, which is the most convenient for you. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service with delivery included in the price. Love2have reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

We aim to deliver items that we have in stock within 3 to 4 working days days from receipt of order for UK customers. However items not in stock, personalised items such as rings, engraved jewellery and items made to a specific size that we dont usually keep in stock are made to order and may take up to 28 working days to deliver or longer. Engraving, stone setting and hallmarking can delay delivery time. Custom made items will vary on an individual basis and the customer will be advised accordingly. If you require any item for a specific date please do contact us first. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We cannot be held liable if The Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) on time or not at all. Proof of posting can be produced upon request and all items are insured for loss so a replacement will posted out once it has been confirmed the package has been lost in the post. A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of your purchase but a small charge will be incurred due to WorldPay transaction fees. As all rings are personalised goods made to order, we cannot accept cancellation of your order once it has been accepted. Please note that we cannot cancel custom or rush orders either agreed verbally or in writing wanted for a specifc date by the customer. Rush orders include items required by Christmas Day, Easter, Valentines Day or any other date specified by the customer and ordered within 28 working days of the date required. It is the customers responsibility to inform us with 48 hours of ordering if an item is required for a specific date.

Under our 10 day money back guarantee, if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly, we will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail Special delivery, within 10 days of you having received them. Customers are required to pay the return postage costs. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange polices. NB: Please ensure you order your correct ring size as all rings are made to order and are therefore non returnable unless faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly. Rings ordered to specific sizes are non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted if faulty, damaged or not as described. If you make an error and resizing is required there will be a charge. Black zirconium, tension set and some patterned rings are not resizeable. We can hire out pro ring sizers to you if you are unsure of your finger size. Please note it is your responsibility to measure your fingers correctly and provide us with the correct size to work to. We cannot be held responsible if you get your size incorrect. We suggest measuring your fingers in the afternoon and other times of the day to. For hygiene reasons earrings are also non returnable. Jewellery that reacts with your skin is also non returnable but we will offer free advice on what to do if this occurs.

If you wish to exchange or return an item a restocking or resizing fee will be requested by email. The restocking fee will cover the costs of our postage to you and transaction fees only. (This does not apply to earrings, rings made to a specific size or any other customised or personalised jewellery made to order. Personalised jewellery includes any engraved items specified by yourself, rings made to a specific size and custom sized pieces requested by yourself.) Returned items must be as new and boxed for restocking. A partial refund will only then be credited to your credit card account. You must return any goods within 10 days of receiving the item. Customers must be responsible for posting the items correctly. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK customers. Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK as we will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office that require a fee to paid by ourselves.

Whilst we try and ensure that the photographs of the items are as realistic as possible, because the jewellery is handmade some items may differ slightly to those shown.

We try to ensure that all product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

Please check the goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly you must inform us within 10 days of delivery. The goods must be posted back to love2have using Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair at our expense.

If you do not inform us within 10 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be faulty, damaged or specified incorrectly.

We accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.

To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

Images may not show the actual size of items. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Love2Have does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

If we suspect a fraudulent transaction we cannot be held responsible for late/non delivery of your goods.

Love2Have reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion. Due to the increasing number of fraudulent credit card transactions Love2Have reserve the right to refuse to supply goods, or ask for further proof of identity.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England under English Law.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
