The outer surface has a heavily pitted quality, much more so than the other textured silver rings in this section and would, therefore, appeal to men looking for jewellery with that distressed look to it. Even though it is heavily textured, the casting gives the silver a lovely natural colour and makes it smooth to the touch. The darker textured areas against the brighter silver give the piece an almost weather-beaten feel. The rough, natural look represents the walk through life: the path is not always smooth, but it has bumps and cracks.

Not only does it have the texture mentioned in the above paragraph, but it boasts a slightly twisted or distorted quality to the profile; therefore, when laid flat, it does not rest entirely straight - a real authentic piece of Cornish treasure. The ring has a rounded profile and a comfortable fit. It comes in silver and measures approximately 5mm wide. The wall thickness is 2mm.
