It is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time they use this website, and continued use of this website will signify the customer's acceptance of the current terms and conditions. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions at the time of ordering.
All of our white diamonds are SI G/H in quality. Black diamonds, on the other hand, are made from white diamonds that are very included. Black diamonds contain a lot of porosity or little air bubbles within the crystal, so they can be very inconsistent in surface texture when polished.
All our silver rings including the mixed metal rings are made from .925 sterling silver so please do check whether your skin may react to sterling silver before purchasing. 925 sterling silver is the UK standard.
None of our white gold rings come rhodium plated therefore they appear a pale yellow, the real colour of white gold.
Please make sure that you order the correct size ring. If you are unsure, we suggest you try our ring sizing service listed in the categories menu. Please note that if you are ordering a very wide ring, you may need a bigger size. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct ring size. We recommend your finger is measured using a professional ring sizer. If you are unsure about the size, we can provide you with a professional ring sizer. A correct fitting after using our ring sizer should be only very slightly snug but comfortable. If the ring gauges were too loose for you, then the ring will be too loose also and vice versa.
If you already possess a ring that fits you, rather than using a print out from the internet, if you get time then visit a jeweller and get them to demonstrate a ring stick sizing for greater accuracy. The ring will slide freely down the stick next to the letter. The edge of the ring sits against the reading - this is known as a leading edge measurement. It is far more accurate than the printout.
Our rings can also be made in international sizes. You will find a conversion chart listed in the information and resources section. Choose your nearest UK size in the drop-down menu and specify your international ring size in the comments box at checkout.
All rings take approximately 10 to 28 working days depending on stocks and availability. Items such as necklaces, bracelets and earrings all take approx 7 to 14 working days for delivery. If your ring or other item is needed by a certain date, please let us know immediately.
While we try and ensure that the photographs of the items are as realistic as possible because the jewellery is handmade, some items may differ slightly to those shown.
How to use the Love2have website
The jewellery on our website is categorised to make browsing easy.
If you cannot find what you want, type your search term into the quick find box.
When you have found the item(s) you want, make the appropriate selections from the drop-down menus available for that item. Size, material, width, etc.
Read the product description carefully and check the price for options required
Select Add to Cart.
To complete the purchase press Checkout.
You will then be asked to sign in and give us your details and tell us where you want the item(s) delivered.
Please ensure that you give your correct email address as confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address given.
If you make a mistake with any items, you can remove them from your cart and start again.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, you will be directed away from our website to Worldpay, our secure payment service provider. Enter your payment details. Paypal is also available as a payment option.
When the payment details have been completed, you will be redirected back to the Love2have website. Follow the onscreen directions by clicking all the links that ask you to return and wait until the order process is completed. VERY IMPORTANT - you must return to our site for your purchase to be processed correctly.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order from us and confirmation of payment from Worldpay or PayPal.
If you do not receive these emails, check in your account that you have given us the correct email address. If it is correct, please check that your internet service provider/mail client has not blocked our emails as SPAM. AOL customers may not receive our automated emails.
If you do not wish to order over the internet, alternatively you can call us on 01568 797723 and place your order over the phone.
Ordering from Love2have
To order goods, you must be at least 18 years of age.
All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and do not include delivery charges.
The checkout process will give you the option to choose your preferred Royal Mail delivery method. International customers should choose the International Signed service, while our customers based in the UK, have a choice of either Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. While Recorded Delivery is a signed for service, we would recommend Special Delivery over this option as the Special Delivery service offers customers full compensation for any loss or negligence by the Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for loss or negligence of your order if you choose to use the Recorded Delivery option.
By clicking the Confirm Order button to submit your order on the checkout screen, you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.
A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted by us and once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer or PayPal.
If your jewellery is needed by a certain date, please let us know immediately.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree on a new delivery date. Proof of posting can be produced upon request. In the event of loss, a replacement will be posted out once it has been confirmed that the package has been lost in the post. For Recorded Delivery full compensation may not be available under The Royal Mails' terms.
If your jewellery is needed for a specific date, you must notify us immediately so that we can advise whether delivery is possible, or otherwise, there may be a cancellation fee should any made to order items have been processed with the designer (i.e., ring blanks completed).
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Cancelling your order before and after despatch
For stock items, you may cancel your order at any time before despatch, but you must inform us by email or in writing.
Please note that we cannot cancel items made to a customers specification such as made to order rings or personalised goods.
Delivery and Returns
Goods will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery within Mainland UK. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service. A signature is required for proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries by the Royal Mail due to the incorrect shipping address specified. A redelivery fee will apply should an item be returned to us.
Stock items will be sent out once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will provide information from the date of processing your order the approximate delivery timescale for all items that are made to order.
All items listed individually detail the returns or non-returns policy. You may return goods within 15 days of receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for the return postage to Love2have. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures the item is insured against loss.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS: Any items ordered in November and December in accordance with our policies may be returned the following January. Please do email us before returning the jewellery in question.
We do not accept returns for your repaired jewellery, only a guarantee. We cannot guarantee jewellery for wear and tear such as scratching, bending of bracelets, rhodium plating thinning or perishables such as leather fraying.
Customers posting from countries other than the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK as we will not be held liable for paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office that requires a fee to be paid by ourselves. All goods returned to Love2have from outside the UK must be marked BRITISH RETURNED GOODS. Parcels incorrectly labelled will be subject to excise duty when coming back into the UK.
If you have to return any items of jewellery, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the jewellery while in your possession. Jewellery must be returned in its original Love2have packaging and must be brand new and unworn. A refund for UK customers will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days by our agreement. We do not pay the postage costs.
Willful, malicious damage or negligence whether accidental or otherwise will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies. In these instances, we can only advise on repair or replacement costs.
You must inform us by email or in writing if you intend to return any items first and we will provide you with further instruction.
All our silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver which is the UK standard. Over time silver will tarnish. This is a natural process, therefore, returns for tarnishing will not be accepted. All our rings are made here in the UK from high-quality materials. We don't sell cheap mass produced imports, and we want you to be happy with your ring so if your ring is not as pictured and described we will give you an exchange or your money back, no quibble.
It is essential to ensure your ring fits you perfectly and we are happy to provide a professional set of ring sizers to try in the comfort of your own home. We suggest your finger is measured several times at different times of the day. Please note that if you are ordering a very wide ring, you may need a bigger size. We can provide blanks for wider rings if required. We cannot be held responsible if you get your size incorrect by measuring your finger using a third party sizing service or from another jeweller. If you make an error and resizing is required one day there may be a charge. Stainless steel, zirconium, tension set, gold inlaid and some patterned rings are not always resizeable.
Unless you have statutory rights to reject the goods, items made to a customers specification such as personalised goods are non-returnable. This also applies, for hygiene reasons, to earrings.
If you return goods to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you. We will return the item to you at your expense. If the item is returned again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice. If we have no instruction to return the rings to you within 30 days of us requesting payment for postage, again this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice.

We work to ensure that all product descriptions, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of any error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
Images may not show the actual size of items. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and included for guidance only.
Love2Have does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.
We accept online payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos and PayPal.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (by the Data Protection Act). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will provide you with the chance to refuse any marketing communications from ourselves or companies associated with us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address. We do not hold or have access to, your credit/debit card details unless authorised by yourself over a telephone transaction. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely per our internal security policy and the law. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
