This chamfered-edge women's Roman numeral diamond wedding ring is the 5mm narrow version of the wider one we also feature. We decided to list it separately as it made a lovely women's diamond wedding ring and didn't want it overlooked. It comes set with two 3pt (2mm) brilliant-cut diamonds (just like the wider one) between the Roman numerals, instead of the bullet points we usually engrave. A polished or satin finish option is available, and both finishes are pictured on this page.
