EXCUSE FOR PUTTING UP PRICE - GOODBYE POTTERS UK
Dear Jayne,
The price of Ultra and other imported series rose on the 1/5/09, the price based on 17 packs is now £14.22 per pack, hence my offer to reduce it to £13.50 per pack. These rises were purely a result of the currency changes and the 30-40% increase they put onto our purchase prices when we came to re-stock. We have absorbed a huge amount of the increase, hence also why I included extended credit, as I can not lower the price on this quantity any further. I do hope you understand, I await your future instructions and assure you of our best attention.

I was in the office on a couple of the occasions you rang, I was trying to give my colleagues the answer you required, I could not agree that they were curt or unhelpful, but by that time I guess their vagueness could easily be misconstrued as unhelpful.

I do hope in time you feel you can accept my explanation and heartfelt apologies.

We have, of course, carried out your instruction to cancel your order, but hope you will feel able to give us a second chance some time in the future.

EMAIL SENT AFTER ENQUIRING VER OUR BY TELEPHONE - JULY 08 2009
Dear Sirs

We are disgusted at your total lack of customer service in relation to this order. You couldn't even be bothered to notify us that you couldn't supply these boxes. We are virtually out of boxes now.

We rang yesterday and were told that someone would ring us back - they didn't. We have rung twice this morning and been given the runaround. When I rang today I asked to speak to Toni and was told she was in the office and I would be put through. It quickly became clear that Toni did not wish to speak to me. Toni has never replied to our emails asking for an update on this order.

The lady I eventually spoke to was very curt and unhelpful.

You clearly cannot supply us so please cancel this order. We do not wish to purchase from you again.

I should have thought that in these tough times, you would have been a little more focussed on customer service.

I have found a new supplier who has bent over backwards to help us. His comment was 'their loss, my gain!!!!!!'

Can I go ahead and order some Ultra ring boxes now. I think 500 should do for now if  that's OK. I wanted the ones that had the little loose pad insert to protect the ring should it fall out of the sponge piece at the bottom.
